Refund policy

If you’d like to return a product, please email us at sales@cottonii.com within 10 days after receiving your order.

If the item you received is:

- damaged in transit

- defective

- not what you ordered

- not as described,


We will provide you with a full refund within 10 days after the order is delivered. Please email us at sales@cottonii.com with a description of the issue, your order details and any relevant photos, and we will get back to you with instructions on how to make a return.

 

Reusable pads are personal care products and cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

 

While we cover the return shipping costs for items that are incorrect or damaged, please be aware that return shipping for 'change of mind' reasons will be at your expense.


Please note that the item must be in its original condition and with all tags attached.
