Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the US only. Shipping is free on all orders above $49. For orders below $49, a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipping takes 7-14 days. Please be aware that shipping delays may occur and shipping sometimes may take up to one month. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us at sales@cotonii.com before placing an order, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Depending on the item, some orders may be shipped internationally. In most cases, there will be no customs fees, but if they do arise, we will take care of them for you.

If you order multiple items, some of them may be shipped separately and will arrive at a different time.
